Drag lines in the beautiful waters off Key West’s coastline for hungry pelagics such as Dolphin (Mahi), Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish, King Fish, and if you’re lucky, the man in the blue suite may pay a visit.
Send lines down deep, anywhere from 30 to 300 feet to dangle tasty morsels in front of hungry Grouper, Snapper and Jacks, along with their various predators, that look like they just swam out of Jurassic Park.
Start a fish frenzy on top of the US’s largest barrier reef system. All sorts of species such as Yellow tail, mutton snapper, mangrove snapper, black grouper, brown grouper, gag grouper, strawberry grouper, grunts, mackerel, blue runners, trigger fish, and various other reef critters will come up to chase baits and chase each other. Watch out for hungry sharks and barracudas looking for an easy meal as well.
Think outside the reef and venture to areas unknown to most in search of a good fight. Much like the reef out in the Atlantic, the Gulf side of the island is filled with fish and offers a nice change of scenery. The smooth emerald waters navigate easily on most days and are great for finding Goliath Grouper and Cobia.
Perhaps you don’t want to run too far or all the way out to the reef. Key West has plenty of rocks, ledges, and small underwater structures that pocket plenty of fish. Critters similar to those found on the reef will be swimming around and if you’re lucky, a tarpon may come wreak havoc.
Wrestle with Key West’s most notorious game fish, the Tarpon. Also known as the Silver God, these fish can range up to 200 lbs and wear out even the strongest, most seasoned angler. Every year people from all around come to challenge the burly warrior, do you have what it takes?

Think of us as that friend of yours who’s Dad has a nice boat that you would just love to get out on, float around, sip some cocktails, and catch an amazing Key West sunset on. We are that guy and we are offering that experience to you. In addition to being fishing machines, Sailfish boats were also designed with a higher level of comfort in mind versus the competition.
